Are the Ceramics in a Box Kits customizable?

Yes! If you would like to customize your kit please specify the customization you would like to see in the “Additional Notes and Comments” section prior to checking out your order.

If I am planning an event for a large group what options can Ceramics on Wheels USA provide?

We have our pre-packed and ready-to-go Ceramics in a Box: Classroom Size Kitthat includes 30 inspirational Plaster Craft Pieces, 30 Paintbrushes, Colored Containers of High-Gloss Tempera Paint (Washable), Cups & Paper Plates, and Plastic Table Tops.

We also offer a customizable option where we can build an order perfectly for you! Just submit a “Request a Quote” form or send us a quick email (ceramicsonwheelsusa@gmail.com) and a member of our Service Team will reach out to you to confirm your order.

Do you offer virtual events?

Yes, we offer all of our activities and services as virtual events that can be conducted at home, in a classroom, or anywhere that has internet access!

How far in advance should we call a book and event?

At least two weeks is suggested in order for our team to properly prepare your order.

What areas does Ceramics on Wheels USA deliver to?

We offer the option of delivery to all customers in the tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. In all other areas outside of the previously mentioned areas, we offer shipping of our products.

Can we request a quote for special pricing?

Yes, please see our home page and click the request a quote to receive a special pricing quote.

How much advance notice to book a delivery?

At least One Week in advance of the delivery date.

How do we know the available dates?

Submit a Request a Quote” form (can be found on our Home Page) with your event dates. A member of our Service Team will reach out to you thereafter to notify you if your dates are available and will send you a confirmation.

What is the Drop-off & Self-Guided Policy?

In order to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our staff, all of our programs will be delivered with contactless delivery or shipped directly to the event site. We will include all materials necessary to facilitate the activity as well as a self-guided video tutorial or a Powerpoint presentation that will demonstrate how the activity is done.

What kind of instructions are provided to complete an event?

PowerPoint presentation and video tutorials.

How long is each activity typically?

The time for our activities varies per activity. On average our activities can last from 45 mins. - 1 hr. (respectively).
